All submissions should be emailed to newportzine@gmail.com and your message should include the way you'd like to be credited (instagram, website, etc.)

File Format

Vertical or square orientation is preferred so we can print your image as large as possible. 300 DPI at 5" wide is best, but just send the highest quality image you've got. It's fine if it's a photo of traditional work.

AGE LIMIT

Please get permission to submit your work if you are under 18. There may be some mature content in the zine, but we do not include or allow anything graphically sexual in nature because the zine is accessible to people of all ages.

IMAGE RIGHTS

The artist retains all rights to their work and we will not redistribute or profit off of your work outside of the zine. The money we receive for the zine is only used to fund the printing and distributing of the final product.

purchasing/shipping

We sell physical copies of the zine through ko-fi in addition to sharing the digital version for free on our website. Shipping costs directly reflect the amount we pay and we can only keep them as low as the shipping services charge, unfortunately. Please double check the formatting of your shipping address to avoid problems and delays with delivery as we have to pay twice if the package is returned to us.

Distribution

If you would like to distribute copies of the Newport Zine at your own event, please reach out to us through our email and we can send discounted issues.
